My name is Sophie (she/they) - nice to meet you!

I’m a photographer based in Denver, Colorado. My favorite type of photography is portraiture, including couples/+, engagements, senior portraits, lookbooks, and professional headshots. I am also available for commercial and product photography and beyond.

I approach portrait photography from my background in fine-art self-portraiture and fashion photography, as well as my professional experience in counseling. I believe that making portraits should be identity-affirming, empowering, and a collaborative, connecting process. I love using natural light and approaching shoots creatively. I particularly love working with queer folks, artists and musicians, and other creatives.

When I’m not taking photographs, I’m working as a therapist and sexuality educator. I believe in the power of pleasure to heal and transform. I also love exploring the outdoors, longboarding, and cereamics.
